Ethernity offers online memorials where users can personalize commemorative pages with text and media related to a deceased person, available in a digital version or a physical version, with the shipment of a box containing a QR code engraved on a steel plate.
2. Account and Registration
The user is responsible for the security of their account. This service is available only to users who are of legal age. Business users are required to provide a tax code, phone number, and VAT number.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe and are necessary to purchase a memorial page. Stripe handles transactions securely in accordance with European regulations.
4. Content and Ownership
Users are responsible for the content they upload and guarantee that they will not upload: Copyrighted materials without permission, Content inappropriate for minors, Harmful, offensive, or violent content. Ethernity reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to take action as needed to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Visitors without an account may leave comments on memorial pages. By submitting a comment, they agree to follow the content guidelines, ensuring no harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content is posted.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify users in case of significant changes.
